Thirteen-year-old, Melanie Cooper has recently returned from a wonderful week at camp where she’s found faith in God. But, Melanie faces challenges ahead when she’s targeted by bullies at her new middle school. Even her home life is filled with turmoil when she has to share a room with her bossy, older sister who takes over Melanie’s special project.
As she grows in her beliefs, Melanie is tested and must learn to love and pray for her enemies.
But, will she do the right thing even though there could be harsh repercussions? And will God’s answer to her prayers of an unexpected friendship and allies help her situation?

The NorCal Girls series was inspired by our family trips to camp. We spent wonderful summers at Alliance Redwood Conference Grounds. A portion of the proceeds from this series will be donated to ARCG toward the general fund and the scholarship fund so other kids can go to camp. You can donate too. Click the button below.
